For local SEO agencies with 10 or more locations
Be ready when a client listing is suspended.
An assistant for local SEO agencies, built to diagnose the likely cause, collect your client's genuine documents, check them for mismatches and prepare the appeal packet. You approve and file.
Confidence: medium. Based on the suspension email and the listing.
Sample Dental Care is a dental office at the address on its listing. We have attached signage photos, our business license and a page from our website showing the same address. Please review the listing again.

What a suspension costs your agency
The listing goes dark, and your client notices before you do. Then three things eat your week.
Waiting
Reported waits vary a lot, from days to several weeks, according to practitioner reports. Someone at your agency has to keep checking the status the whole time.
Client calls
The client wants to know when the listing is back. You cannot say, because Google decides and rarely names the exact rule that was broken.
Scrambling for documents
After you submit an appeal, you may need to attach evidence quickly, so the documents have to be ready and agree on name and address. Business registration, a license, a utility bill and a matching website are typical examples. Client documents tend to arrive late, incomplete or mismatched.
The packet idea
Instead of starting from zero when the suspension email lands, you start from a packet. The agent is built to do four jobs.
- Job 1
Diagnoses
It is built to read the suspension email and the listing and suggest the likely causes, with a confidence level. When the reason cannot be known, it should say so.
- Job 2
Asks your client for what is missing
It is built to draft plain-language requests, such as "Please send a recent electric or internet bill showing the business name and address." You approve them before they go out.
- Job 3
Checks that documents agree
It is built to compare name, address and phone across the license, bills, signage photos and website, and flag mismatches.
- Job 4
Assembles the evidence packet
Files are meant to come out ordered for upload, with a checklist and a short explanation built only from facts in the documents.
Four steps, and you stay in charge
- Forward
the suspension email and upload the documents you already have. - Review
the likely causes with a confidence level, and the list of missing evidence. The assistant is built to suggest both. - Approve
the plain-language requests to your client. It will draft them for your approval. - File
review the organized packet and submit the appeal yourself.
A person at your agency always files
- Someone at your agency reviews the packet and files the appeal in Google's own tool.
- The product is built never to log in to that tool for you and never to submit anything on its own.
- Only genuine documents are ever used. The product is meant to organize real evidence from your client.
- It is built never to create a document, edit one or fill a gap in one. If something is missing, it should ask for it.
Questions
Do you guarantee reinstatement?
No. Google decides, and nobody can guarantee the result. The packet is meant to make your preparation faster and more complete.
Do you file the appeal?
No. A person at your agency does, in Google's own tool.
Do you connect to our Google account?
Version one works from the email and the documents you upload. Optional read-only monitoring would depend on Google approving access, which we have not requested yet.
Do you create or edit documents?
No. The packet is built to organize genuine documents your client provides, and never to create or edit one. Anything that does not match should be flagged for you to sort out with the client.
Are you affiliated with Google?
No. This is an independent product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
What happens to client documents?
They are sensitive. We will agree how they are stored, used and deleted with each agency before any real client document is shared. We are not SOC 2 certified.
See it on one suspended listing
Book a short walkthrough, or send us one suspended listing and we will run it through the packet with you.
Quick question: how many suspensions did your agency handle last quarter? Reply by email with a number. A rough guess helps.
